Dr. Nayyra Zeb received the Ph.D. degree in July 2015 from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. In August 2015, she became Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Sciences, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, and rendered her services for four years. She later joined the Institute of Business Administration, Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, Rahim Yar Khan, in August 2019. In her academic career, she has taught a variety of courses, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership & Motivation, Training and Development and Business Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating an engaging and interactive learning environment, encouraging students to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios.
