Dr. Shahzaib Ashraf is currently an Assistant Professor (Mathematics) at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. He earned his BS degree in Mathematics from University of Sargodha, followed by an MS in Fuzzy Mathematics from International Islamic University, Islamabad. He completed his PhD Mathematics at Abdul Wali Khan University in Mardan.

Before joining Khwaja Fareed University, Dr. Ashraf served as an Assistant Professor at Bacha Khan University in Charsadda and worked as a visiting lecturer at Abdul Wali Khan University.

Dr. Ashraf has published 125 research articles in international peer-reviewed journals, including ISI-indexed and high-impact publications such as the International Journal of Intelligent Systems, Applied Soft Computing, Information Sciences, International Journal of Fuzzy Systems, Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing, Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems, Entropy, and Mathematics.

His research interests encompass fuzzy set theory, spherical fuzzy sets, fuzzy aggregation operators, fuzzy decision support systems, fuzzy algorithms, and their engineering applications. He is also focused on probabilistic fuzzy decision support systems, the application of soft sets in decision-making, soft computing, and computational intelligence.

2) Recognized as TOP CITED PAPER 2020-2021 in International Journal of Intelligent Systems (Paper Title: Emergency decision support modeling for COVID-19 based on spherical fuzzy information)

3) Awarded for travel grant of 2,28,362 Rs, in 2018 by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan to present a research paper in 5th International Conference on Recent Advances in Pure and Applied Mathematics, to be held at Karadeniz Technical University, Trabzon, Turkey.

4) Received shield for best performed in CRSOM-1 2014.
